Daily Key Rush

One minute a day, the same run for everyone

Every day brings a single challenge, identical for every player on Earth. Hit the notes as they land, build a streak to multiply your score, and see where you finish. It takes just 60 seconds and is designed to give you a reason to practise even on busy days.

How it works

Sixty seconds, once a day

Short enough that there is no excuse, and long enough that timing matters. Notes fall, you play them, the clock runs out.

Streaks multiply

Five hits in a row doubles your points; fifteen triples them. One miss resets the multiplier, so careful playing beats mashing keys — which is rather the point of a music app.

Judged honestly

Perfect, Good or OK on every note. Rhythm is the thing self-taught players most often never fix, and this is a daily mirror for it.

Identical worldwide

The run is generated from the date itself. Nobody gets an easier one, and nobody can see tomorrow’s early.

Checked on the server

Scores are validated before they reach the leaderboard, so the board means something.

Free for everyone

Daily Key Rush and the leaderboard are part of the free tier. No subscription is involved.

Why a daily challenge is in a learning app at all

The thing that stops most self-taught players is not difficulty. It is a gap — three days missed, then a week, then the app is just an icon.

A sixty-second run is short enough to do on a day you have no intention of practising. That is its entire purpose: it keeps the streak alive, and a live streak is what gets you back to a real session on the day you do have fifteen minutes.

The leaderboard is a bonus. The habit is the product.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Daily Key Rush free?

Yes, for everyone, including guests. It is not part of the subscription.

Is the challenge the same for everyone?

Yes. It is generated from the date itself, so every player worldwide gets an identical run on a given day.

Can I replay a day's challenge?

The leaderboard score is your run for that day. The point is a single honest attempt, not a grind.

Do I need an account?

You can play as a guest. An account is what puts your score on the global leaderboard and syncs it between devices.

Does it work on a MIDI keyboard?

Yes. Real keys drive the challenge exactly as taps do.

Sixty seconds, today

The daily challenge is free for everyone, and it is the easiest way to keep a streak alive.
